Our Data Centre Facilities

We operate four carrier-neutral data centres at two locations in Hampshire providing both Tier II and Tier III facilities. All of our data centres benefit from N+N UPS, Backup generators, N+1 cooling, redundant connectivity and comprehensive security measures.

Power and Energy Efficiency

Power is key to our business so we pro-actively monitor and maintain our entire core infrastructure to safeguard its continued and uninterrupted operation. We also strive to ensure our systems are as efficient as possible and are registered for the UK's CRC (Carbon Reduction Commitment).

Connectivity

With a premium level of connectivity, ServerHouse data centres have multiple providers with diversely routed fibre to the site and enormous (120G+) capacity. We are a significant regional Internet hub providing fibre connectivity to hundreds of local businesses and data centres in the South East.

Security

Our commitment to security is demonstrated throughout our business. Certified to ISO27001 we implement extensive security measures across all our data centres. Security is taken very seriously at ServerHouse with strict controls on access, digital biometric access control, comprehensive CCTV surveillance, blast proof glazing, high security doors and complete access and audit logs.

Location and Access

Our locations are carefully chosen to ensure we minimise risk. Before opening over £8 million was invested in the power and fibre improvements. Our Cams complex is on a 220 acre Private Estate, just if M27 Junction 11, while our Segensworth Data centre is nestled in a commercial estate off Junction 9. Both are just 75 miles away from London and within easy reach of the M27. Both locations benefit from additional onsite facilities; including a customer build room, break room, free parking and vending machines.
